JALOX acts as a logistics department for our clients, building a dedicated team for each client. We provide comprehensive logistics proposals, improvements, and supply chain management to our clients through comprehensive logistics consulting by professionals who are well versed in ocean freight forwarding, air freight forwarding, domestic operations, and tri-national operations.
JALOX has a dedicated team to handle all requests and needs from our clients, so there is always a single point of contact for all transportation to and from countries around the world, any port in Japan, and any commodity. This eliminates the need to contact various logistics companies and departments, allowing our clients to focus on their core business.
NVOCC（Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier）
We provide ocean and air transportation throughout Asia, including North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and China.
In addition to FCL services, NVOCC also offers overage, heavy equipment, RORO, and conventional shipping. We are constantly aware of the different types of shipping and air carriers and the services and price points they offer, and we analyze and manage market trends and freight rates using international indices and other data to make the best possible proposals to our customers.
We have an in-house system for visualization and control of transportation management up to local and domestic arrival, and we have a system in place to monitor various risks that may occur in international transportation, such as delays caused by marine weather or congestion in overseas yards, and promptly report and resolve them to our customers.
Import/Export Customs Clearance
JALOX has a dedicated team that knows our customers' goods inside out, and supports customs clearance and delivery arrangements in a speedy and meticulous manner. We can handle not only ordinary goods, but also foodstuffs and dangerous goods, and our network at all ports in Japan facilitates smooth procedures. Our experienced staff can also handle food, plant, and animal quarantine applications.
Domestic Warehouse Operations
JALOX consistently undertakes work on behalf of import/export cargo and products for domestic distribution. We have many years of experience in domestic and international operations such as packing, assorting, picking, inspection, and other detailed work in domestic warehouses, so you can rest assured that your cargo will be handled with the utmost care. We also arrange large trailers, trucks, and domestic consolidation through JALOX's own routes, so we can propose the most suitable work to meet our customers' needs.
Real Estate Logistics
The environment surrounding logistics warehouses is changing at a dizzying pace, and logistics real estate is attracting significant attention due to a variety of factors, including increased demand for warehouses in response to the rapid expansion of e-commerce, development of logistics bases by major companies in response to changing social trends, demand to switch to advanced logistics facilities, and the logistics industry's 2024 problem. JALOX has been working to expand its presence in the logistics real estate market since 2016.
JALOX has been cooperating with major foreign developers for many years based on the assumption that market changes will occur starting in 2016. We consolidate information on logistics real estate properties throughout Japan and provide optimal properties to our clients based on regional marketing and targeting information.
Customers engaged in domestic distribution and those engaged in domestic transportation use the same warehouse in different ways, including the site. We gather information in line with the needs of each customer and propose the optimal property. This allows us to keep total costs down each step of the way, and ultimately allows our customers to use our warehouses for the long term, even in a changing environment.
